Come join us for a weekend of epic rides and great vibes!
We teamed up with the amazing people over at Blue Mountain Bike Park , located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, to bring you our very first Girls Pull Up Not Out event! This is an all levels, all gender event with a specific focus on elevating women and building a female-friendly community.
Schedule:
9:00am: Rider check-in
Please head into the Valley Lodge at the base of the mountain to get your lift tickets (and rentals if needed). Mention that you are with the Girls Pull Up Not Out take over to be appropriately placed with the group and receive your discount (lady shredders only). If you need to pay for your camping/fill out waiver, this is your time to do it.
9:30am: Morning Meet and Greet
Meet Carly and Beka at the lift for a quick intro and relevant updates.
10:00am-10:45am: Group warm up rides
We will be doing a few group warm up laps to get everyone ready for the day! All levels are welcome. We will be sure to split the groups up by level to ensure everyone has a great (and safe) lap!
11:00am-12pm: Fundamentals lesson OR guided rides
Meet at the bottom by the Waffle Cabin for this lesson that will cover all the fundamentals needed to become comfortable riding a mountain bike! If you do not wish to take a lesson, feel free to join the rest of us for laps around the mountain.

12pm-1:30pm: Lunch
Feel free to grab lunch at the Tipsy Taco Truck or at one of the “sit down” style restaurants at the Summit Lodge. More info here.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Jumps/drops lesson OR guided rides
This lesson will be meeting at the top of Gravy Train. Beka will be at the top of the mountain to guide riders to the exact location since it is tricky to get to if you are unfamiliar with the mountain! If you do not wish to take a lesson, feel free to join the rest of us for laps around the mountain.

3:00pm-4:00pm: Riders' choice sesh session
We will be breaking up the group (if you want to join) to go session any features you want to cross off on your trip to Blue Mountain! Have a drop you want to master? A jump you’ve been dying to clear? We’ve got you! We’re bringing the stoke to help you conquer you fears!
4:00pm-5:30pm: Party laps!
Everyone is welcome! We will accommodate based on rider levels as needed!
5:30pm: Meet at lift for last party train and group photo!
Meet us at the lift at 5:30pm SHARP so we can get everyone to the top of the mountain for a group photo! We will then ride as one large Party Train down to the bottom for Happy Hour!
6:00pm-7:00pm: Happy hour and give away!

We have secured camping for the nights of Friday July 19th and Saturday July 20th. The cost is $10 per person, per night.*
It will be festival style camping, so we all will be together!
Please check in at the Valley Lodge to register for camping. There are no online reservations for this event. You must register in person to camp with the group and receive the discount.
The lodge is open until 9pm for Friday night late arrivals.
Please fill out your waiver prior to your arrival.

Discounted lift tickets and rental equipment (if needed) are available to all female attendees.*
Regular priced tickets and equipment will be available to all others.
Lift tickets must be purchased in person for discount.
Lessons are free to attendees!

Will be split up by skill level and you may change groups at any time.

*You MUST mention the GPUNO Take Over at the Ticket Window (in person) when buying lift tickets, rentals, and reserving your camping space, to receive discounts. Waivers are required. Camping spots are ALREADY RESERVED, you do NOT need to reserve them online unless you don’t want to camp with the group (which is totally fine!).
